I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, largely due to Muhammad, the salesperson. Customer service was terrible he didnβt respond to messages, never called, and failed to provide updates unless I personally chased him. The renovation itself was rushed and poorly done. Walls and floors were damaged, vent covers were incorrectly installed, and the job was left incomplete. I visited the Torbram location to view their selection and they have a huge selection or all different types of flooring. Lots of options and colours! Kuman was specifically helpful in assisting me with the entire process from start to finish. He was also very knowledgable about the products. The prices are pretty comparable, if not better than other hardwood locations, and they are always running some sort of promotion. Lot of variety and good priceΒ
I purchased flooring (vinyl) for my entire upstairs, 6k, three years ago. Several spots are buckling and another area of the wood is peeling. I've been calling and sending a dozen emails for 2.5-3 months and have yet to get a response. I call and they transfer to another location or simply hang up. I would not recommend this place at all.Β
