Me and my mom Visiting Monroe from NC and flint Michigan… in need of some TLC… OMG 1st off we was late. They still accepted us! When we got there they ushered us straight to our rooms. I’ve been going to n’bliss for many years and I personally have never had a negative experience with any of the staff and services provided for me. The staff have always been very professional and extremely accommodating with scheduling and /or the rescheduling of appointments in order to meet my needs. The building has always been very neat, clean, and well organized, during the times I’ve been there. I have always found it to be a very relaxing and calming environment, in my personal experiences.
Do not under any circumstances give them your credit card information. They charged me for several massages that they never performed due to the power being out and the girls not wanting to do it under those conditions. It’s been a while but I still haven’t forgotten.
Please be WARNED!! Booked an appointment, was asked what time we wanted because the day was open. Arrived for our massage to be told they couldn’t get us in. Our appointment was marked in the wrong location so our slot was double booked. Very disappointing! First time we had a babysitter in months and it was for nothing..
