I love this casino! The people are very friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and fun. The food there is really good and my room was amazingly comfortable. I am basing this on my trip in March of this year. The lady that helps me with my room, Ms. Pat has retired now and it actually makes me sad that I won't see her - she was good people and really cared about her job. The casino is OK...but the Burger King on the casino grounds.. Absolutely sucks.....

Payed almost $700 for two nights for a room to find out we have to park a Mile away in a gravel lot (so no parking) because we have a trailer. Which is no where stated in the parking rules. Our check in girl had an attitude right off the bat and didn't want to be at work. When we questioned the parking situation, we get the head of security and he is no help and he has an attitude and then decides to hide behind the casino rules that he doesn't know or understand. I am on my 4 free room,sadly the first 3 were bad.Everything from being dirty and.not cleaned to bugs in the room..I love paragon,hate to say it but it has gone down since grand casino was take over by paragon..The buffet use to be the bomb,awsome food and now it's like it come out of a can..WHAT HAPPEN..The slots use to be fun as well,not there so tight..All I hear is people saying just how bad it is. .I use to be able to play on 50 dollars for a few hours and now..Not 30 minutes,I hope things change...soon..I would like to... read more

This has turn into the worst casino experience a person can have.I have been a member of paragon players club for over 20yrs i play every week i get 12 dollars a week in player perks i'm a saphire card that don't mean anything .some people i know go maybe once every other week gets 5 times the perks i do i explain to them how it work at paragon once they get you real in all that will go.you don't valve regular plays.i have never been in a casino and seen a waitress refuse a customer a drink because they didn't have a high en... read more
