I was looking for something to whip me into shape and while it's only been a week, I am so motivated & happy to be part of "The Playground" The instructors are amazing and have great skills, attitudes, and extremely helpful when it comes to techniques. The meal plan is a no brainer. It can't get any more simpler than the guide that has been given. An extreme thank you to Steven & the whole Playground Crew! You all are the real MVP'S!!!!

So happy to find this amazing opportunity at Broward crossfit, I've been trying to motivate myself to work out again after a long time and boy let me tell you , I am so enthusiastic about this change of life style and health benefits that I recommend Broward Crossfit to people that want to make a change for the better. Trainers take time to explain everything in detail and carefully monitor you on proper technics. Once again Thank you Broward Crossfit. 💗 My second home.

Very welcoming staff and very challenging program. This is the most intense fitness regimen I've ever gone through and I absolutely love it! Each week I get stronger and more confident. I know if I continue along this path, someday soon I will attain the fitness level and body that I want. The owners are always there and are "hands on" and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I have been members for a few years and enough can't be said about this top notch facility. We consider BCF our home filled with knowledgeable coaches and great owners, The Bowsers. Our 9 year old son has been a member of their Crossfit Kids program for about 2 years and we couldn't be happier. Once you come in and see that people here care and will always push you to be better... Regardless whether you are a beginner or competive athlete. We ALL get the same attention and expert training. Notice how this gym gets so many reviews on very specific dates? It's because Steve Bowser, the owner, sends a mass email or Facebook message asking members to write positive reviews. Even with a 10,000 square foot facility, Steve's not able to maintain a decent client base. That's because client service (and I mean client service from the ownership, not the coaches) is horrible.
