What a bunch of BS these people are. BEWARE! These people are liars and just steal your money! They tell you how promising you're piece is when they already know they're going to tell you it's not authentic. I have spoken to others about this business who have had the same thing happen. Funny how you don't see those comments here.
This is a terrible company. They charge a lot of money for their services ($2000 U.S.) for an authentication report), and do not provide much meaningful information in the report. Half of their report just tells you about the life of the artist, which anyone can look up on Google. They do not include important information you provide them when authenticating paintings, such as important letters of provenance. and most importantly, they never reveal their qualifications or full names.
